Dimitris Reppas is the Managing Partner of Labros Frangos & Associates Law Firm with nearly three decades of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law. He advises Greek and international clients on cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and complex dispute resolution, including international arbitration. His practice also extends to shipping, energy and large-scale infrastructure projects.
He is noted for his deep legal insight, experience in high-stakes transactions and proficiency in cross-border corporate advisory.
Dimitris holds an LL.B. from the Democritus University of Thrace and has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1998.
